Make some casual conversation with him and let him know where you"ll be on the weekend. Ask him if he has ever been there. Tell him how much fun it is and how you and some of your friends like to visit this spot occasionally.
If he is interested he will show up or at least give you some details about where he will be some other night if maybe he already has plans for the night your talking about.
Come on girl use your feminine charm.

I would first check on your companies "Interoffice Dating" policy...
Depending on what it says (usually they will say either co-workers CANNOT date, or you cannot date a superior/direct report) - THEN decide if you want the two of you to become "watercooler gossip"!
If you're cool with that - then consider how awkward it would be to work with this guy if you broke up (or were fighting)...
