Incarnation means taking on a body. Of course Christians believe they are in a body, so they would accept this.
Perhaps you mean "RE-incarnation"?
If so, some do and some don't.

Yes, incarnation simply means "in flesh." In that sense we are all incarnate. I think to not believe in incarnation would be a huge fallacy.
