You can stop the devil by not letting evil into your heart but first you know what is evil and what could be used for evil. If you try hard enough anything could be considered evil, even God. The deal with the devil is he likes us to think bad is good and good is bad. He transforms himself into an angel of light even within the church. You have to have good and light in your heart to keep the darkness and fear outside. Love is such good clean enriching energy.
I used to have the Bible drummed into my head since before I was born. I was told to avoid every outsider and to not take any part in secular activities. I missed out on so much growing up. Now I read the Bible as a form of debate. There is still so much beauty and truth in the Bible but it is like a rose buried within a great thornbush. So you really have to dig to find it. My death or salvation isn't half as important as how I lived and what I gave.

Sleepless night - PraY to God for a good and sound sleep
Angry - pray to God to help you calm.Do not allow satan to guide .
Everybody of us will grow old as days, months and years passed.
Good Companionship - your guardian angel is with you to guide you to have a good companion. you must have to select a companion or friends that will bring you to the right way of life and not the friend who will bring you to the darkness of life.
Do not lost your faith to God. He will guide you always. If you feel that God is not within you, pray to him not to be tempted by the evil spirit. If possible All the gospels in the bible specially the New Testament., should be read always until you could understand it because there are words written which are not to be translated literraly.. Thaanak God for helping you.
