As long as money talks, shite will walk. There is no way to force people to have a conscience is there? Unless everything is on video like Big Brother watching everything.

Sounds like a three part question and none of the parts fit together. Are you saying the Police are corrupt and taking money? You don't agree with bail bond laws because the poor cant afford bond? Or the Court is corrupt.?

Policing the police is done all the time. Now changing a law or arguing with the courts on the amount of bond is another issue. Sounds like you just don't like any part of law enforcement, courts etc. Where is this "Rampant Corruption"? I see as many judges get in trouble as police and many more politicians. All corruption is bad. But at least compartmentalize each to their own brand.

First of all the legal system in the USA is most lenient in the entire world. Second define "rampant corruption" because you cannot fight something that is so loosely defined.

Use Video Camera on them when we see them doing something they shouldn't. Like ganging up and beating people they are trying to arrest. :)
