This is called "infantilism." It is a sexual fetish that quite a few people have, mostly men in positions of power and responsibility. It means you want someone to take responsibility for you in all areas, primarily sexually. It is sometimes a response to being saddled with too much power and/or responsibility in daily life. That's a tough position for some men, and for those men, when the lights go out and they are getting intimate, they want to be able to shed all that responsibility and have someone else take over the hardships of life, and just feel loved and nurtured, albeit in the most basic and primitive of ways. I can relate; I had a boyfriend for 21 years; he was older than me, and I openly called him "Daddy" or referred to him as my "owner," and I was his baby horse. It was just how we loved each other, although I never took it to the level that you're at.
Probably best if you don't tell your parents this one. Just like it's not a good idea to tell your parents all the gooey details of your favorite sexual positions and acts. They know you have sex, but they probably don't want to know the details. It's something deep within you that needs expression, but with a loving, understanding partner. Telling your parents would just gross them out at least, and maybe really upset them as well.
Nothing wrong with it. Just be discreet about it.

There are some things better left unshared. You are almost an adult and this is something your parents do not need to know nor would they want to know about you. Why do you feel the need to share this part of you? Anyone of us having sex does not share the details with our parents and your case is no different. Fetish or not... do not share. Do not change the way they will forever look at you. Its different if you were telling them you were gay, but this is a fetish.... not something that they need to know in order for them to accept you better. They love you so please keep the peace and let this one alone.
