I helped my landlord get someone evicted for not paying their rent, not cutting their grass, not having a garbage sticker, for damaging our property, for having loud parties, the list goes on & on. Anyway, she's now revving her engine outside of our window until we look, then she throws us the finger, curses at us, parks on our property. Her latest thing is ripping the numbers off of our mailbox. She's completely crazy & I don't want to wait around for her to show up with a gun next. My question is this: Could I file harassment charges for any or all of this?

Retaliation is a more serious crime, than harassment. Get that person on video, take pictures etc.. document evidence with date and time. Call Police out, show them the evidence. have landlord to give you a affidavit, about you providing him with evidence to get that person evicted. This affidavit, pics, video should be enough proof to file retaliation against that person, the state I live in, it is a felony. Or go to Police station take proof, ask for a detective, file charges. They will be arrested. Good Luck. You do not have to put up with this sort of thing. Just get proof.

Take pictures of her car while it's on your property, and try to get a picture of her ripping signs off. Also, the second you see her on your property, CALL the police and show them the pictures. Then file harassment charges.

Here's what ya gotta do:

1) Get off the computer
2) Pick up the phone
3) Call the police & report what she's doing
4) Make sure to tell your landlord as well, so you aren't held for the damages she's doing to the property.
5) Get back on the computer & award me "best answer."

Call the police immediately. She sounds like a nut job and you don't know what she might be capable of doing. Press charges and get a restraining order. Don't delay letting the cops know about this. Good luck.

Bobanalyst is right. Document it anyway you can. I mean go right up to her with a camera in your hand aimed right at her. She will get the idea and probably back off and if she doesn't you have evidence.
