My brother is EMBARRASSING me...how should I deal with this?

Well unfortunately for me last night, I mouthed off one time too many to my daddy and he not only SCREAMED but he punished me like a little kid....right in front of my brother and sister too... I was and still am EXTREMELY EMBARRASSED. Please rest assured that I am fine and my daddy did not hurt me. I am embarrassed more than anything else and only had a temporary condition of MILDLY CHAFED BUTTOCKS. I can say this since none of you know me anyway.

But what CHAFES ME even more is that both my brother and sister seem to be EXTREMELY AMUSED. All day my brother has been telling me that my BEHIND looks swollen to 5 TIMES its normal ULTRA size. Which is totally UNTRUE as I am not the slightest bit overweight. And they are both like, I totally "deserved it" and it was so funny, and my sister told my daddy it was "about time someone WHOOPED Lori's SPOILED BUTT"

How do I tell them to KNOCK IT OFF and LEAVE ME ALONE as it REALLY WAS NOT THAT AMUSING?

They're doing it to annoy you and you're letting it annoy you. You say that you are bothered that your dad treated you like a little kid. However, allowing this to bother you to this extreme is lowering yourself down to their little kid level. Let it go and rise above the silliness of your sibs. Also take a cue from Eleanor Roosevelt who said "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."

My boys are 17 and 19 and every once in a while they call me Daddy, I think its great. I will always be their daddy no mater how old they get and you will always be his little girl.

I'm here. Took a bit of a break. Family has the right to make fun of other family members. Once it extends to others, its not good. As long as they keep their amusement within the family, its fine. I can talk crap about my family, but as soon as someone else does it, they're done.

Start rubbing your butt and have fun with it. having a sense of humor about it will most likely make it stop. Tell them rubbing a spoiled butt makes it go down.

Hi. Sorry for my curious absence.
The day you asked the question was my mom's birthday, the next day I was at Disneyland, the day after I was just exhausted, and I don't even remember what I did yesterday. Today I was at the beach.

Face it: Jillian and mark will NEVER knock it off. That's just the family dynamic. So, I suggest that you, instead of
~acting spoiled
~throwing out a chain of obscenities
~doing anything to make it worse
~throwing a tantrum
~etc.
Just throw out a casual answer. "Mark, what does it matter to you? it's my butt!" "Jillian, maybe I'm spoiled, but at least I'm not acting like the Jillian patrol." "Guys, back off. You stick to your own business and I'll stick to mine."

It's obvious Jillian's jealous. DON'T make it worse by pointing it out to her.

The more they see that it irritates you the more they will keep it up, as cliche as that sounds its true. I am sure there was a time your brother got his butt "mildly chafed" too, lol - this will all blow over soon enough.

And btw - I know plenty of adults that call their dad "daddy" and it doesn't make them any less of an adult.

I always called my father Daddy, and he passed away when I was 42! My one yr old grandson calls his father Dad. Go figure.
Your brother is getting his reward by getting a rise out of you. As soon as you start ignoring him he will stop.
Have you apologized to your daddy for misbehaving? That should be your next step. He might even step in and help you with your brother.

my brother does crap like that to me too so i just usally slap him silly but then he goes running to daddy like a little baby and i get in even more trouble so i dont recomend doing that. another thing i do is remind him of a time when he was really embarrassed and tease him about it until he stops teasing me

Remind them of embarassing things of them. I wouldnt be embarrased in front of family. Its family. You dont need to impress them. I would probably just leave it alone. Also if you laugh it off itll take stress off yourself and theyll stop.
