I am 16 years old and have been practicing driving. I've had my permit for about 3 months and practice with my dad. I'm pretty good but I get really nervous and as a result hesitate or make stupid mistakes I wouldn't normally have made. It also could be that my dad dosen't tell me when to turn or something like that until the last second so that might also be why too lol. Can someone help me overcome my fear??

That comes with experience. everyone is like that starting out. ask you dad to tell you sooner...maybe he is just trying to strengthen your reflexes?? Just keep practicing and soon you will be more confident and ready to take on the world! Sorry I couldn't offer more advice, but that is the best way.

u have to face some fear, in drivind after that u will be perfect otherewise u never porgress your driving. So practic more without fear in the last comdition and incourage win power .

it's normal, every young driver faces those same problems. Time and experience will make it easier for you. One tip, dad's make the worst driving instructors!! Relax, remember that he was once just as nervous as you are. You'll be fine

i have that problem sometimes too. you just need to relax, driving isn't as complicated as youre making it :)
def talk to your dad and ask him to tell you in advance when to make a turn so you don't have to slam on the brakes and make sharp turns just to be able to make it. thatll lead to bad habits or.. worst case scenerio, an accident.
just gotta stay calm and stay focused! :)

Act like no one else is in the car with you and relax. Don't fight driving, just think about what you gotta do to make it safe for you and others
