Many protestants don't know anything outside of their own very narrow bible interpretation. What do they know about the Divine Missions in the Trinity, Circuminscession (Its not circumcision), Relations in the Trinity, etc. All these concepts are connected with the scriptures.

Do you know that many of your preachers preach the way they do because of Vatican II? To be ignorant of so many important concepts to the Christian religion is just plain lazy and stupid. When the muslims come along and reject your bible, what will you do to convince them of the truth? Tradition and the magisterium helps here.
Protestants believe what they believe about the Trinity because of early Church ecumenical councils. Not all councils are ecumenical. Protestants you have alot of learning to do. Hurry up and stop rejecting the things you will need.

Protestantism is based on the concept of dumbing-down Christianity. Many of the early protestant groups wanted the Bible to be transalted from Latin (the common knowledge of the university) to local languages, they wanted church doctrine simplified for the uneducated populace. Instead of working to educate the people they just dumbed-down Christianity.
If you look at many protestantbased Christian books, you'll see descriptions like "Bible concepts made easier to understand." "Bible explanations you can understand." etc, etc. They're still doing it. It's easier to dumb something down than to educate the people. Besides, educated people have the nasty habit of asking hard questions.

Protestants dont focus on those things as much as catholics do because the Protestants came about during the 1500s so all those things were seen as being incorporated into their belief system if needed. Many catholics, christians, protestants etc.. dont know about many of those things you mentioned along with many other things, so before you start saying protestants are ignorant make sure that all the people in the other branches of christianity know everything your mentioning.

You mean like this council?
In A.D. 1375, some zealous friends of the Gospel applied to Charles, king of Bohemia, to call an ecumenical Council, for an inquiry into the abuses that had crept into the Church, and to make a full and thorough reformation. The king, not knowing how to proceed, sent to the pope for directions how to act; but the pontiff was so incensed at this affair that his only reply was, "Severely punish those rash and profane heretics." The monarch, accordingly banished every one who had been concerned in the application, and, to oblige the pope, laid a great number of additional restraints upon the religious liberties of the people.
The victims of persecution, however, were not so numerous in Bohemia, until after the burning of John Huss and Jerome of Prague. These two eminent reformers were condemned and executed at the instigation of the pope and his emissaries, as the reader will perceive by the following short sketches of their lives.
Really, your stuffy 'official Christian' act is all I am able to bear. Perhaps you might teach about them instead of talking down to us of the reformed.
I study history enough to know that it's attitudes like yours that spurred the Inquisitions. I see things haven't changed much for those who worship idols.

"All these concepts are connected with the scriptures."...
according to the interpretation of ...oh. that's right, the very church against which the Reformation took place.
"Ignorant" is a far cry from "disinterested."
As for "circumscession?"
Why does it matter? Both mean the same, and according to the KJV, circumcision is an acceptable transliteration.
Like Zipporah, you seem to hate it, though God commanded it.

well said, if protestants knew what being catholic actually was and the truth within the church jesus founded they would cease to be protestant. however so many protestants are blinded sadly by the innumerable amounts of protestant bias propaganda and anti catholicism that is so widespread.
the holy spirit is the not the author of this confusion and blindness, i wonder just who is? and i think it is hide time our seperated brothers and sisters in christ consider this question aswell.

I am a Protestant who supports many of the decisions of the major councils, for that is where we get our doctrines--Nicea, Chalcedon, etc. Where we differ is at Trent.

Again, why attack just one branch? Why not deal with the root of the evil in the bible?

Oh, we know more than you think, many of us came out of catholicism. We are very aware of Nicea, Trent, etc.. Please present Scriptural basis for the things you mentioned since you claim they are connected with the Scriptures.
