I absolutely hate to exercise. I just need a simple way of losing weight please help!

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs . They will increase your metabolism rate and burn more fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Simple. Change your diet.

Eat more fruits and veggies.
Cut out extra unnecessary sugars [i.e.-sweet tea/ candies/ soft drinks/ putting that extra sugar on your cereal]
Drink lots and lots of water.
Less bread, but not NO bread. Grain is important.

Etc, I lost 20lb's in a month by just changing my diet.

There really isn't a healthy way of losing weight without exercising. You could try dieting, but that would work best with exercise. If you want to risk a heart attack or stroke, try diet pills.

i jog for about 15 minutes in my apartment i live in a busy, loud downtown area and can't find any comfortable jogging shoes that fit my wide feet.. and i also do about 30 minutes of leg lifts and crunches or sit ups.


drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, berries etc

only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well


for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch

hi i use to exercise -I lost 1 measly kilo a month. Itried to cut back or skip food and that left me tried and hungry and irritable all the time. so both were out for me until I tried this-I lost 10 kilos and 18 inches in 2 months-Iove it

you don't have to excerise persay but you do have to be active- walk, clean, dance eat healthy food fruits veggies not a lot of carbs use common sense
