This is judgemental and we need to be sure and have proof to call anyone evil. I'd be more careful of the person doing the judging than the of the one being judge. Because one asks a question it does not make that person evil.
EVIL= that which brings distress.
DISTRESS=affliction; suffering.
Origin of evil Begins with Satan. Is. 14:12-14
Applies to Man. Matt 12:35
Applies to Heart. Jer. 17:9
The Chritstian should guard against, evil:
1. Heart of unbelief - Heb 3:12
2. Thoughts - James 2:4
3. Boasting - James 4:16
4. Things - Rom 12:9
5. Deeds - 2 John 9-11
6. Person ! Cor 5:13
7. Appearance - 1 Thess 5:22
8. One (Satan) - Eph 6:16.
These are just some examples of what evil is. You can always cross reference these Scripture
God Bless you and you brought up a very good question.
Now maybe that person will look into these Scriptures.

People say that about me all the time too..
All I can think that it might mean is I have a different opinion than they do so they label me evil so they can be labeled the opposite..
Christians are a bit funny that way, if they can label someone else evil, bad, wrong.. They immediately take up the opposite label for themselves..

Evil does not exist. It is a man made idea. Especially made up by the church to control it's members. A baby is born without this knowledge this is why he/she is called an innocent. It's when the parents start teaching their child it starts to come into focus for that child. What have you taught your child?

Evil is a point of view, and varies depending on culture, religion and personal philosophy. It generally is used to denote something extremely negative in nature, however as all things contribute to the divine plan nothing is truly negative.

AMEN SKULLKEEPS,
What he said plus , when someone claims that someone else is evil, it is usually because the first person is ignorant of some or all of the factors involved. Thats the great thing about the bible, its filled with ignorance for the ignorant with a little bit of common sense sprinkled in there for pagans. Just sitting here in the flames , enjoying the sulphur fumes, all the other fun souls ,and looking for more converts-)

Your not evil... your misguided and decieved by the evil one - I believe some people's actions can pin them as being evil but as for not agreeing with some Christian's that doesn't make you evil...
I think it is far too overused in R&S.

It depends on who you ask. Technically "evil" can be anybody or anything. Normally, "evil" is just what a person views as being against what they belive in
