you could... but you really wouldnt be the healthiest person ever. Red meat, even with everything against it, still has alot going for it. Naturally produced iron, better protien chains, more free-branched amino acids, more protien, and more! Sugars.... well you can't do without sugers. Sugars are in everything you eat. You can do without extra sugar- as in the white granulated or brown sugar, but they are in plants, breads, meats, etc. you can never escape them. Pork is like a hybrid meat, so you could probably cut that out- but then, where would hot dogs come from? That would be a travesty!

whats up Tracer. I consume regularly pasta, greens, rice, cereal, egg beaters, tofu. each now and then ( as quickly as a 365 days) I relapse onto beef roast because of the fact i like it alongside with applesauce and horse radish. i won't have the capacity to discover an excuse to consume poultry or beef infrequently in any respect, and that i hate the way animals are slaughtered. We human beings might by no skill recover from the craving for meat. I do could confess that turkey interior the trip season is a customary.

You're right! You can get it from other food sources but.
You can jump off the mountain to so walk down the mountain don't jump. Change your diet slowly and let your body adjust as you change. What you are wanting to do should be done in the mind first not in the body.

Sugar must go, it's pure evil. Lean meats are fine. You could always get your protien from nuts, poultry or fish though.
