I believe the Las Vegas muni course is about to close to make way for new houses or condos. Too bad. I believe the course I play near me is owned by the city of Henderson. It's about $40 for locals (with cart) but can be less depending on when you go and if you're a senior. But keep in mind, golfing in the Las Vegas area in general is ridiculously expensive compared to other parts of the country.
