My dog and I both weent to thee doctor and we havee the same namee so i forgot whos' meedication was whicchh.

Presumably you didn't go to the same doctor. All prescriptions have the prescribing doctor's name on the label.
You must think we're idiots.

It is a medication for both species.
Human: " Common uses include arthritis therapy and short-term treatment of bronchial inflammation or acute bronchitis due to various respiratory diseases. It is used both in the treatment of acute periods and long-term controlling of autoimmune diseases, most notably SLE."
Dog:
"Dermal Conditions, such as non-specific eczema and summer dermatitis.
Allergic Manifestations, such as acute urticaria, allergic dermatitis, drug and serum reactions, non-specific pruritus, bronchial asthma and pollen sensitivities.
Ocular Conditions, such as iritis, iridocyclitis, secondary glaucoma, uveitis and chorioretinitis.
Otic Conditions, such as otitis externa.
Musculoskeletal Conditions, such as myositis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and bursitis.
Various chronic or recurrent diseases of unknown etiology such as ulcerative colitis and nephrosis.
In acute adrenal insufficiency, methylprednisolone may be effective because of its ability to correct the defect in carbohydrate metabolism and relieve the impaired diuretic response to water, characteristic of primary or secondary adrenal insufficiency. However, because this agent lacks significant mineralocorticoid activity, hydrocortisone sodium succinate or cortisone should be used when salt retention is indicated."
I'm curious how you and your dog got your medications from the same doctor. Perhaps it's a misprint? If not, then you did a poor job of fooling us.

It's often prescribed for arthritis, and bronchitis.
It can be used on humans or dogs. What's the other medicine? That might be human-or-dog specific.
