Gee, most people try to STOP it from peeing in the house!!!!
I guess if you never take it out, it will keep peeing in the house.

Why do you want the dog peeing in your house? I guess you just don't let him or her outside.
If you mean NOT to pee in the house start out with crate training. Dogs should go out every time they eat, play, or when the wake up. Use lots of positive reinforcement.

Crate training is one of the most efficient and effective ways to train a puppy or dog.
The single most important aspect of dog and puppy training is that you reward and praise your dog or puppy each and every time she does the right thing. For example: praise her when she chews her own toys instead of the couch or eliminates outside instead of in the house. The more time you spend with your puppy or dog, the quicker and easier it will be to train her.
The key to house training is to establish a routine that increases the chances that your dog will eliminate in the right place in your presence, so that she can be praised and rewarded; and decreases the chances that your dog will eliminate in the wrong place so that she will not develop bad habits.

Use pee pads and get the spray to spray on them that attract the dog to "go" on the pad. You can get it at any pet store

Well, if you can, try and catch him peeing inside, flick him on the nose (gently) and pull him outside. After a while, he/she will get tired of getting flicked on the nose, and will stop. Or you could ask a vet or something.
Hope I helped!

it depends on several factors. if its an older dog or if its a puppy for one. if its an older male dog you may want to consider nutering. he may be marking his turf! if its a puppy you will need to take him/her outside several times every hour and show them where the proper place to go is.
