Yep, it'll grow back. It will only take about 2-3 weeks. But for now try to wear socks more than walking around bare-foot, because dirt could get into it and may cuse an infection (but that rarely happens, so don't worry)
good luck
P.S You shiould go back and tell the nail place what one of there manigers did to your toe nail!! You could get a refund!! =]

I hope you reported it!
1] wash it off
2] put antibiotic with pain reliever [ ointment ] on it, and a bandaid. Re- dress after bath, swimming.
3] use antibiotic until the site is 'dry' - no more blood or redness.
4] after it hurts less, file down the rest of the toenail until it is even, or flush with nailbed.
PS: it'll sting like crazy unless you keep the ointment on - will feel a lot better in two days. [ wear comfy shoes ]

Yes your toenail will grow back. It will take awhile depending how large the chunk was.

it will grow back, hopefully not ingrown, keep working the sides out as it grows and consider soaking in epson salts. keep in mind it may take one year for a toenail to grow from cuticle to tip.

Sue her. Just kidding! I've done this to myself, actually, and it takes a while to grow back. From now on, ask her to only file your nails, not cut them.
