The Scriptures clearly instruct a true worshipper to marry only another true worshipper.
(Exodus 23:32) You are not to conclude a [marriage or other] covenant with them or their gods.
(Deuteronomy 7:3) And you must form no marriage alliance with [unbelievers]. Your daughter you must not give to his son, and his daughter you must not take for your son.
(1 Corinthians 7:39) She is free to be married to whom she wants, only in the Lord.
(Nehemiah 13:25) You should not give your daughters to [the unbeliever's] sons, and you should not accept any of their daughters for your sons or yourselves.
(2 Corinthians 6:14) Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers.

Well I personally don't date, period. I feel dating is preperation for marraige. I am not ready to marry. As for who I would choose, I would want it to be someone who had similar values as me. I am a Witness so spiritually it makes sense I would choose a Witness. However, simply being a Witness would not be enough, personalities have to mesh.

No. The scriptures tell us that we are to be equally yoked. Meaning, both parties think the same concerning God.
I do not embrace the teachings of this religion. So, no, I would never put myself in a situation to where I would be unequally yoked.

I did, and now I have a wonderful wife who serves Jehovah along side of me.
I did, and now I have a wonderful wife who encourages me to stay faithful to Jehovah.
I did, and now I have a wonderful partner to share my joys and pains together.

Knowing what I know now I wouldn't. The Bible says not to be unequally yoked. However the girl I was dating was a JW and I did marry her and by the Grace of Jesus she is now a converted Christian.

Not only would I date one I married one.. He is now Agnostic (his choice) I am Atheist..
If he had wanted to continue going to church I would have fully supported him in his choice... He however chose to stop attending meetings which I also supported.. His religious choices are his alone just as mine are mine alone..
