Some people learn how to manipulate others to get their way. Eventually, your sister will stop using you and your other sister, and find someone else to use.
You don't say how old you and your sisters are. If you are all still in your parents house, just remember that you can leave when you are 18. If you are an adult, then you are enabling her by letting her get away with this behavior. Don't invite her to your home. Avoid family gatherings when you know she'll be there.

It's time for you sister to get professional help. Is your sister under the age of 18. If so you other siblings need to approach your parents and ask them to seek professional help for her. Let them know she is out of control and for you guys to have a normal life something has to change. If you sister is older, then the best thing might be to stay away from her until she gets her life together.

Just because you are related does not mean you have to like her. It took me a long to to realise that but feel better about it now I have...t

You really just have to ignore her and not let her affect you. You have the power to do that - she can try to irritate you, but you and your sister can ignore her and not allow her hurtful words to affect your mood. Just think 'she is miserable, but I will not let her make me miserable, too.' That is all you can do. Offer her professional help, but... well, you can drag the horse to water but you can't make it drink. You can only control yourself, you must let go of everything else.

Disown her. Pretend she doesn't exist. Sounds harsh, I know, but if she is as bad as you say it will be better for all involved.
