Is anyone familiar with Article 138??

I was wondering if anyone has ever seen an article 138 against a commander go through. I have typed one up but never submitted it because the problem was redressed and solved.

Yes. I've seen Article 138 used successfully to seek redress of wrongs. In one case, the entire command suite was relieved. Happened at the Navay Dental Clinic at Camp Lejuene back in the early 1960s.
