I am very active and take supplements each morning.

multivitamin
protein shake
calcium pill
creatine
glutamine
and NOS (nitric oxide snthesis)

is it bad to take it all at once in the morning? or should i spread them out?

morning is the best part of the day to take supplements because it takes time to digest them and your body can use them during the whole day

Some people suggest taking creatine and glutamine at different times, because they can compete for muscular uptake.

There's nothing unhealthy about it, but it may not be as efficient as otherwise.
