I worked with a guy that was with this girl for 7 years and just finally put a ring on her finger after being nagged for 3 of those years. He said when he did it that it would be another 7 years before they got married.
Wasn't that he didn't love her or want the commitment..he just really wasn't in any hurry to get married and have kids.
Happy to report that it only took 4 years for them to get married after that and they have a beautiful little boy.

he is not ready for commitment! I was in your shoes. I was with the same guy for just 2 months shy of 10 years. we were engaged for 5 years and then on my 26th birthday he finally came home at 11pm and told me he was leaving me for another much older woman. Leave him before he leaves you.
