if i wrap my stomach with ceram wrap or plastic and do pushups will i see results cause my stomach is not big it just need toning i want to know it work and if you have any suggestion fell free thanks in advance

that is just silly, lol.
the only way to lose fat on any specific areas on your body is by lowering your body fat percentage and the only fat burning exercise is cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min
specific ab exercises will only make your belly look bigger because all they do is build muscle - they dont burn any fat.
sweat is not fat -you cant see fat coming out of anywhere - body uses it for energy the same way car uses gas for energy and you dont see it leaking anything.

My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

This is an old wife's tale. Hardwork exercise and a lean diet to get a low 8% bodyfat ratio will give you a great 6 pack.
