I have been in a jogging/running/power walking routine ever since the beginning of July, and now after a month, I feel better, look better, and overall it has helped alot. My diet has also changed much fort he better since mid-June, Very few refined carbohydrates, high protein, low saturated fats, much better things have changed with ym body overall.
One thing I have noticed is, is that since I do my exersise for about 90 minutes each day that my muscle has grown, considerably. Not just in my legs, but in my pectoral areas and biceps, and it is much more noticeable when I flex, then it used to be.
Is it normal that all over my entire body, that muscle has grown?
