I'm 18 years old & I'm just an average size. I recently joined a gym and I go Mon. Wed. Frid. I don't really know how to reduce this cellulite problem, so I kinda of just to the general stuff, because I don't know what I should be focusing on. I have cellulite on the back of my thighs and buttocks. When I go to the gym, I run about 3-4 miles, then I hit the machines for about 30 min or however long it takes me to do the whole set of machines, and then I finish my workout by running 1 mile. I'm not really sure if this is helping my case, or what I should actually be doing.
I'm very good on exercising, and I think I have to focus on what I eat also. But to tell the truth, I really don't eat a lot of fast food and I am very conscience of what I do eat. When I do eat, instead of eating 3 big meals, I usually eat 4 smaller meals. I don't know, that's just how my body works. But then again, that's why I am asking this question, since I don't like how I look. Does anyone have any advice?

things that create cellulite (avoid doing them) - yo-yo dieting, starving/depriving your body, not drinking enough water, lack of exercise (at least 4 times a week cardio and weights), consumption of non-organic food, junk food, sodas, alcohol, not eating enough fruit and veggies (5-8 a day), not getting 25-35g of dietary fiber (to be regular)

Cellulite does not come from a single cause. It as a rule comes from a mixture of ordinary and hormonal causes. Some fallacious behaviors, however, can reason and even worsen cellulite: a existence that's too sedentary, altered blood circulation, wrong food plan with insufficient consumption of fluids, smoking and alcoholic drinks, high heels and close-becoming garments. It is very intricate for any individual to eliminate cellilute, however it's no longer meant that there is not any option to treat it. You can find your great means here:

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.
However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.
I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite does not come from a single cause. It almost always comes from a combination of generic and hormonal factors. Some wrong behaviors, however, can cause or even worsen cellulite: a life that is too sedentary, altered blood circulation, incorrect diet with insufficient intake of fluids, smoking and alcoholic beverages, high heels and close-fitting garments. The plasma fluid, transudated from impaired and weakened capillaries, accumulates and stagnates in surface adipose tissue.
Cellulite can be reduced by a balanced diet and specific treatments https://tr.im/gYHzZ

You need to eat at least 6 times a day...
Most important thing you can do is this:
1-eat every 2-3 hours (1-200 cal)--6 meals a day--this speeds up your metabolism and keeps it moving. If you don't do this, your metabolism shuts down and stores fat.
2-eat only protein and vegetables.......get your fiber from nuts. Do NOT have any fruit-it will take you out of ketosis (highest state of fat burning).....Have NO bread, pasta, carbs.......again, your only carbs should be from nuts and veggies.
3--limit your dairy. Only cottage cheese and goats milk.
4--drink a minimum of 8 8 oz. glasses of water a day
5--limit caffeine--caffeine destabilized your blood sugars and causes you to eat.
6-- get to sleep no later than 10pm....your body rebuild itself between the hours of 10pm-6am........sleeping 11-7 isn't the same.
7--don't eat after a certain time of day.......if you are hundry, have herbal tea or something light-1oo calories max.
8--cook in olive oil and make sure you don't over do on fats.
9--move your body-walk, exercise......do a minimum of 30 min. every day.
10--stay away from stress......stress releases a chemical that makes your body store fat.
My doctor taught me all of these things and I've lost 30 pounds in 2 months.
Good luck.

Eat right. Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and continue your exercise. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog
