Is anyone here fluent in arabic? Where did you learn?

I was just wondering if you were fluent in arabic, where did you learn to speak it?

I am from India and my second language was Arabic. Presently I am residing in Dubai, UAE. So I got more chances to improve my Arabic language ability and now I am fully confident about it.

yeah im fluent, i learned it at home!oh i guess i should also say school

1. home= 2.school= 3. friends= 4. tv= and above all{ Quran} ;)
