creatine is for strength training so you need a properly designed strength training program to take advantage of it. it's not much more than a cellular energy source. if you are taking creatine to help with gaining muscle mass then you need a properly designed training program and you need to make sure that you consume plenty of calories. gaining muscle mass is all about the diet and eating 5-7 meals daily, lifting weights is the easy part.

Creatine is primarily for bulking up. It helps muscle retain water, making one look bigger. Get a good pair of snaeakers, practice and stay away from the roids.
