there is no one perfect weight for anybody and you cant tell if a person is overweight by not knowing their body fat percentage which should be below 25%
you can be 200lbs at your height and have 6% body fat - bodybuilders or weight 90lbs and have relatively high body fat percentage - anorexics.

It's "right" (not rite), "you" (not u), "should" (not shud), and "be" (not b)...correct spelling/grammar will help you later in life sugar...work on that. ☺

As for your weight, an adult male of your height with a medium frame should weigh 136 - 140, large frame 146 - 150.

If you feel you need to lose weight, increase your activity level and cut back on sodas/junk food (things you know aren't healthy...just do not skip any meals).

At 14 you've still got some growing to do, so don't worry too much. If you are carrying a few extra pounds you're likely to hit a spurt and grow into them.

I'm guessing you're a boy. The healthy weight range for you in 100 - 140 pounds. But you'll continue to grow and gain weight regularly for a couple of years because you are only 14.
