I have had a friend who had her wedding the same as yours and there wasn't even a card in regards to reception. I don't know if that is your stye but if you go to the actual place of the ceremony as a guest you should start to realize, oh they're having the reception here too. However, you may want to on the very last line on the invitation, "Reception following promptly after ceremony".

I have also seen a separate card inserted in the invitation that states:
Please join us for the reception immediately following the ceremony at ___
Since you are having it at the same place you would just list the name of the place. Or you can print this on the inviation.
That is how I would word it.
Good luck!

I just received a very elegant invitation to a black tie wedding with this exact situation and at the bottom of the invite it says, "Reception immediately following ceremony."

i don't know if there is a right way. they are your invites to your wedding. say it however you want. I prefer ceremony followed by reception. cause it puts the events in the right order and teh ceremony comes first and is the more important part anyway.

It can go on the bottom of the invitation. I assume that it is in another part of the venue in which you are getting married. Try this:
Please join us in (insert banquet room or other here) for dinner and dancing immediately following the ceremony.

You can put it on the actually invitation and the first two are okay to use, but I wouldn't use the third wording. Usually when you buy you're invitations it comes with a sample card. Mine did.
