Most positive- I prayed shortly but I prayed, while at work.
Most Negative- did not call a customer. (well not my fault, he I called him because the first time the call dropped, then he hanged up.)

The most positive thing I did today was to go to the local nursing home and volunteer. Nursing homes need volunteers so bad. There are so many people in nursing that have no family left, or has has family and no one comes to visit. It is good to go in and just sit and write a letter for them or just sit and listen to them talk about there past. Or even just to make them laugh. Or maybe even to give them hope.
The most negative thing I did today is to complaine about the heat wave we are having. None progressive there. It was a hot one today.

The most positive thing I did today was getting up for work. That might not sound like much, but believe me, it is. If you only knew what a zombie I feel like in the morning. lol
The most negative thing I did today was stuff too much pizza down my throat and ended up with a belly ache. :(

Positive things I did, Gave a young kid in line at the store some change so he could afford a drink and told a few females they looked nice.
Negative, I don't do negative.

Positive: I prayed, I helped sick and injured people at my job and I went to a highly neglected area of my workplace and offered some unsolicited assistance.
Negative: I lost patience with my mother this morning over stupid things and I cursed the American government when I picked up a prescription and saw that the cost tripled in 6 months.

Most positive--I volunteered to build a website free of charge for a cultural organization--oh my.
Most negative--got too upset at work about things that I couldnt control. Let it get to me. Need to work on that more.

Positive? My co-worker (my husband's friend) is going back to Morocco tomorrow to visit his family. So I baked him a few muffins and brownies for breakfast and to take during the trip. I also made chicken bistella so he and my husband could enjoy it as their last meal together for three months....
Negative? I spent too much time on Y!A today.
