Two blocks from Woodward should be just fine hon. Don't listen to everyone else, Woodward has been around for a VERY long time and has a rich history.

"Named one of Atlanta Magazine's "Best Places To Call Home" in April 2003, the City of College Park has become one of the most exciting communities in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area in which to live." - - from the city's home page.

The area around there has had a bad past. That area south of ATL (College Park, Hapeville, and East Point) have been attracting different people than it used to, and this is driving up the property values. Alot of renovations on the older historical homes. I lived in East Point myself for about a year and never had any problems. Theres some really cute houses around there in College Park! I wouldnt leave my car or house unlocked, but as long as you arent attracting problematic people, you should be fine.
