You give no clues what you have or like.
First you need some kind of meat or protein.
Then a starch & a vegetable, or some combination.
Assuming you have ground beef, saute with onions in oil.
Boil some pasta, or rice, or potatoes.
You can add tomato sauce or mushroom soup.
Throw in any veggies (carrots, peas, beans, celery, etc.)
You could add cheese or mushrooms also.

Brown 1-2 lbs. hamburger meat (I use ground chuck, or ground round - less fat). Drain fat off of meat. Add: 1 can creamy mushroom soup, 1 small can of mushrooms, Salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder if you like garlic. Serve over rice, add a nice tossed salad and your're done - unless you want dessert too.

3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole
INGREDIENTS
1 (28 ounce) can baked beans
2 (16 ounce) packages hot dogs, sliced
1 (7.5 ounce) package corn bread mix
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Pour the can of beans into a 9x13 inch baking dish so they cover the bottom. Arrange hot dog slices so they cover the beans as completely as possible. If too much juice seeps through to the cornbread, it will take longer to cook. Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Spread the batter evenly over the hot dog layer.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cornbread is cooked through. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean
Swiss Chicken Casserole

1/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
1/2 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Arrange chicken breasts in the baking dish. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast. Combine cream of chicken soup and milk in a medium bowl, and pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Pour melted butter over top, and cover with foil.
Bake 50 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
