Burnt orange dresses look horrible with my wedding dress. What do you think about light pink with these flowers? Any other suggestions? Fiance hates cinnimon, any shade of brown, or any dark colors. Thanks for your help in advance!

Not light pink, but what about a coral color? Also I think pale yellow or gold would go nicely. Or even a pastel orange or peach.

Even if you don't care for Davids Bridal, their website is great for browsing styles and colors:

I am going for a green and pink theme myself for a spring - May wedding. However I personally feel that the strong look of the flowers doesn't suit the preppy look of the dress. Maybe its just the bow and the frills. I Would go with a soft pink or a green - but sure you'll be set on the green like me! Try the link below - I feel the strong look of the aria dress would suit and a similar style to the one you have chose, theres also one the same as your bridesmaid choice without the bow or underskirt frill and feel it would be more contemporary - remember less is more especially if your maids are also carrying Lillie's Hope this helps. I agree Pink and Green looks great!!! Good Luck x p.s lillies are lovely, they dont stink, its personally preference and you can remove the stamens so they dont stain!

white looks great with it! i would go for a really light green- pink wont look as good with those flowers. Shouldnt u choose the color of b.maids first then the flowers cos it will make decision making much easier. i am in the process of choosing flowers my self. organise the dresses first. there are so many flowers out there i am sure u will find something. but i suppose if u really really want those i would go for a soft light green. very different too. and congratulations

Go to a paint store and get their color sample charts - you may have to borrow it. It will have all sorts of colors, bolds, brights, pastels and earthtones you can hold up the colors against the dress and see what works the best - be sure to check it in natural daylight as well as in the evening light. Then you can check with your fiancee and see what is the best by his opinion too. HAve fun.

Peach, Ivory, Taupe, Beige, Celery, pale yellow, or a combination thereof, (like Peach with Ivory trim). By the way the flowers are lovely. Congratulations, and best wishes on your upcoming nuptials.

I agree with a lot of people here: brown would look best with the flowers. However, since your fiancee doesn't like brown or dark colors, I would suggest beige, ivory, or any other very smooth and creamy color. Best wishes on your wedding day!!!!!

Champagne. I found a dress just to give you an idea. I like it with the garnet color sash and think the flowers will compliment the color of the dresses beautifully.

Well brown really would be the best, I don't think pink would be good at all. Try going with maybe a light green or a champaign color.

Can you match the light green? It would make a nice contrast and maybe draw the eyes away from the flowers.

A beautiful soft yellow, or peach. Agree with your fiance about the browns!
