what does reactive adenopathy mean?
Also what does this mean?
from ultrasound:

largest of these on the right is 6x9x4mm and on the left is 10x3x6mm. these show benign features and do not appear to be clinically signifficant. An enlarged node about 10x 8x 10mm is seen in the left submandibular region.
doe sthis mean it's a benign lump or tumour that they want to watch, or do you think they will remove it?
I have been unwell for 10 months now.
Thankyou in advance for your answers

Reactive lymph nodes happen when you've had a cold, flu, sinus infection, respiratory infection, mono, etc. When they work overtime, they will get swollen. Have you ever had a sore throat and your mom or friend felt under the angle of your jaw? They're feeling for lymph nodes that are reacting the way they should.

Benign features: Not cancerous
Clinically insignificant: No big deal overall
Left submandibular: Below the jaw

The lymph nodes, only three that they saw/measured, were all 1 cm or less in size.

If you've been sick for 10 months, the lymph nodes are a good indicator that you're telling the truth, you do feel unwell, and if you've had an ultrasound, you definitely have your doctor's attention. Just keep looking at the "clinically insignificant" part. Chances are, all this means is that you have been sick, and now they need to know what's making you sick.
