I have the same problem. I can tolerate somethings slipped into lasagna or quiche and I do like a good fresh fruit salad (with cool whip, sweet yogurt or cream cheese dip), but I'm very much on the lazy side right now, and cooking is not on my mind.
My husband has gotten his Sun school kids addicted to veggies with peanut butter and veggies with ranch dip. Carrots, apples, celery.
Lately, I've just been paying the price to let someone else do my food preparation. I shop at Central Market a lot. I just pick out two sides and an entree, plus a bread, and it's $13.99 for two (which feeds 3+). I can't imagine anyone going into central market and not being able to find fruits and veggies they like. Huge variety, dried, fresh, organic.
I think the bottom line is: disguise the taste. Use creams, dips, omelets, lasagna, whatever. Just slip it in wherever you can.

First, I am not a doctor. I am a 49 year old California woman who never really cared for veggies either.
Drink V-8 and take Metamucil (or something similar) every day and continue with the multi vitamin. V-8 gives you the vitamins and nutrients of veggies and Metamucil supplies the roughage your system needs to properly move food through the bowels that eating veggies normally supply. I would also continue (as I assume you have already) trying different recipes and ways of fixing fruits/veggies with the hopes that some would appeal to you. Chinese food always works for me!
Good luck!

So am I, and my spouse is doing a tremendously good job. the main key to ingesting healthful isn't basically devour culmination and vegetables. this is element administration and excersise. I decrease out McD's, and countless different junk food. i found some culmination i admire and attempt to devour them as quickly as I get a yearning. I upload slightly little bit of vegetables to my nutrients and attempt to cause them to slightly smaller. The vegetables help with the help of taking on some better room on the plate and in my abdomen. we bypass out and devour sushi sometimes as quickly as a week if achievable. I frequently bypass with the tariyaki/hibatchi nutrients (beef or fowl). It has some vegetables for me and that i'm getting my meat. If he can devour fish, fish is a healthful option to to plenty fowl or beef. attempt to cook dinner at abode, and attempt to get the better high quality meats. those with much less fat, and/or decrease out the fat formerly cooking it. Milk attempt to slowly shrink the fat in it. do no longer bypass on the instant skim or a million% on him. Slowly decrease down on the cheese and breads. basically keep an eye fixed on his intake...it particularly is the place maximum persons shrink to rubble. The 30 snack breaks an afternoon, or the only snack wreck that lasts 5 hours... the only that basically ends while the Cheez-it container is empty!

Take lots of vitamin and mineral suppliments. Try to find some fruits and vegitables that you do like.
Often this has to do with the texture of the foods. I'd slowly try new foods and eat very small quantities until you can tolerate them.
As I'm sure you know, fruits and vegitables are very important for your health. If you are cooking vegitables, make sure that they are not over cooked.

well here's some things that can keep the vegies/fruits fairly healthy & better tasting:
peanut butter on a celery
dipping your apple pieces into carmel
or maybe you should eat steamed vegies..there good
& you can put some seasoning to give it flavor
just use EVERYTHING the in moderation.
