American civilization is not a few hundred years old, but many thousands of years old as America is formed from the British empire, the largest empire in history. It doesn't matter that the US doesn't look to the 'mother country' but celibrates the end of its grip.

The dictionary defines civilization as a society in an advanced state of social development (e.g., with complex legal and political and religious organizations);

All of these are based on the British.

The English language you are blessed with, is probabily the most powerful language that has ever existed, with at least 300,000 words of which 30,000 would be considered a fair vocabulary. Most people can read a newspaper (about 16,000 different words by age 8). Consider a Chinese person - they have a very difficult language, and cannot match this with the same information bandwidth in thier own language even after years of symbol study. (no symbols for complex abstractions like vortex, paradox etc...)

Legal System : You have a system of law which is based on English law, courts, procedures, etc.. Private property, Right to trial by peers, a citizen protected from the state's whim etc... Not European law where the state is above the citizen.
There is no private property law in China.

Religion: You are not under the thumb of catholic corruption, or any other religion because of the English. You do not have traditions like many parts of the world, of marrying your own family members, keeping genetic misfortune from striking your family, as it does for 1 in 12 for followers of non-christian religions

The only real threat to America is inflation, consuming without producing and getting in hock. Any country which sets on this path to avoid tough medicine rots even if blessed by natural resources (Argentina, Brazil, Russia etc...)

If inflation, then 10-15 years before America's citizens would lose thier freedoms from the state and corrupt in power over them with the printing press.

There is another saying - demographics is destiny. Without lower housing costs through the tax system being rebalanced back to families, demographics look bad (for non immigrants).

would not look solid, they say interior the subsequent 10 years we are able to be paying sufficient in activity to China to fund their entire military. How smart is it to fund your enemies military ? on the different hand the international is so tied mutually in recent times issues ought to final awhile, look what passed off after 9/11, that would have led to WWIII yet did no longer partly by way of fact the international has plenty money invested in one yet another they're scared to do something afraid it somewhat is going to result their very own u . s . a .. money must be the inspiration of all evil or what holds the full international mutually. circulate determine.

I seriously doubt it is going to end any time soon. Other countries have been around for thousands of years and America is only a few hundred years old. Our countries life is just starting out.

Depends if it's man made or by an outside force.

I think US is going to be here for quite a while. Enough that our great-g-g-g-g-g-g-g children will walk this continent.

Now whether or not we're still a superpower in the world of countries is still to be decided...

Only as long as the second amendment to the constitution does. That's what really sets us apart from other cultures. It's the real power to the people.

The other great empires fell because of all of the people coming in and asking to be suppported, look it up. If we don't get rid of illegals, we'll be next! But I feel strongly that we'll overcome this invasion! Only those who refuse to learn history are doomed to repeat it!

I doubt it will. Most civilizations haven't had the benefits we have of adaptability, access to free speech, equality, free expression as basic household values.

There is no reason to believe it will. We get claims every election year! It's going to end! It never does.

It's silly.

Very soon, if it does not mend it`s way. Asn an fyi, US is not a civilization, get your head straight, you would call the Greek, romans, Chinese, Indian and Egyptians as a civilization.; The word civilization comes from civilized and apparently Americans or the US govt is far from being civil or civilized with each other or with foreigners.

Racist country !!!
