I am a runner and I have a heel spur in my right foot. I have placed a heel cup in my sneaker and it offer's some relief but I still have a lot of pain. Any other remedies out there? And,, No! I dont want to stop running either!

the best treatment is to go to a Podiatrist and they will be able to fix the problem. They will have you back running as soon as possible.

I had this for a couple of years. Went to a Podiatrist, tried everything he suggested including custom fitted orthotics in my shoes. Nothing helped. Finally I stopped trying to make it better and it just went away by itself. Weird, I know. But, some of the treatments may work for you so it's worth a try. Find a Podiatrist and go for it. Good luck.

Fun stuff for sure. but a worrying ride for the driver watching the wild child dangling in the wind :)
