On the history channel they said that the anti-christ is
a)very attractive
b)intelligent
c)speaks various languages
d)and very articulate.
Now assuming these things are true or most anyway, then why do some people think or refer to George Bush as the anti-christ? I mean
a)he's clearly not attractive
b)he's not very intelligent, or at all for that matter
c)he doesnt speak any other languages besides English, and even then he doesnt know how to speak it well
d)he is clearly UN-articulate
so then why do some people refer to him as the anti-christ? I dont like him, but I just dont think he's smart enough to be that evil.

It happens all the time, people don't like their leader, so they tack on the most evil name they can think of, in Christianity, it's the anit-Christ, even if the anti-Christ is very much unlike Bush, and it'll probably happen when the next president arrives...and then the next, and etc. etc.

People repeat what they hear, if they think it sounds good, even if they have no idea what they are talking about. Look at all the people who parrot quotes of Rush Limbaugh etc. Its a misguided sense of kinship. I was unaware of the description of the anti-christ from the History channel. Interesting..... Actually I don't think Bush is the Anti-Christ. He isn't that intelligent. I think Karl Rove or Cheney may be the Anti-Christ

You're not smart enough to be that evil either, and you're not smart enough to be president while he's been elected twice and is a millionaire besides. But there's always a career for you at MacDonald's, so even though you can't be the anti-Christ or the president all is not lost.

People that think that George W. Bush is the Antichrist are just plain ignorant and stupid.
He is the best president since Ronald Reagan who was the best president since Abraham Lincoln.

They don't have an understanding of the Antichrist which you do not either. One who is against Christ is the antichrist. The Antichrist is one who you refer to as a leader.
