None. Jesus said to preach the Gospel to all the world, just the opposite of what you're saying falsely.

But you should expect a slew of so-called "christians" to come along and find verses to get out of having to share the Gospel with anyone.

Taken from the Geneva Bible

Mark 6:7-11

7 ¶ And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth two and two, and gave them power over unclean spirits,
8 And commanded them that they should take nothing for their journey, save a staff only; neither scrip, neither bread, neither money in their girdles;
9 But that they should be shod with sandals, and that they should not put on two coats.
10 And he said unto them, Wheresoever ye shall enter into a house, there abide till ye depart thence.
11 ¶ And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust that is under your feet, for a witness unto them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be easier for Sodom, or Gomorrah at the day of Judgment, than for that city.

These verses say nothing about forcing anything upon anyone. In fact it gives Christians the go ahead to give up if they are not listened to.

Personally I wish more would take the hint and just go away. I'm not afraid of Biblical nonsense so I don't care what the Bible says, but Christians are not doing what they are told to do on a great many occasions.

Do you mean this passage?

1 Peter 3:15 but in your hearts regard Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; 16 yet do it with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame.

or this passage...

2 Timothy 2:23 Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. 24 And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, 25 correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, 26 and they may escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will.

I doubt you mean this passage although it is the closest to what you are asking.

Matthew 7:6 "Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you.

Here Joshua is stating his conviction but allowing other men to choose something else:

And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD
( Joshua 24:15)

Here is Elijah before he contested with the priests of Baal:

And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

(Kings 18:21)

There are many examples of religion being forced upon others.. From the Romans invasion of England, The Crusades where many were murdered and tortured under "gods" name because they refused Catholicism and Germany when they ejected many people for not believing in the same religion.

There is a difference between "teaching" and "forcing".

The disciples were asked to go forth and teach, with just their own faith and nothing else. Not by offering gifts or appearing to be better than others, but simply to spread the word of god in a humble way without force or cajoling.

A lot of so called Christians seem to forget that.

Well, Matthew 7:6 says:
"Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you".
Some people think this verse refers to not preaching to those who won't accept it or who will just mock you for it.

Here is the closest I can find....

And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city. Matthew 10:14-15 Cap'n Arlo

Proverbs 14:16

Jesus said to make disciples of all nations. Paul said, "Woe to me if I do not preach the Gospel." In Romans, Paul said, "I am not ashamed of the Gospel..."

Yet, I also see the example of Jesus. He taught, preached and held to the truth. He simply left "the ball in their court". He never "pushed" or forced. He simply taught. He made the offer of new life. He addressed sin directly to the hypocrites, and allowed sinners the chance to confess their sin, which He freely forgave and did not condemn.

Matthew 10:13-15

13And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.

14And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

15Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
