what about the children most of them have children who was born in USA and therefore they are American Citizens right . so if we deport all Illegal Alliens , who is going to take care of this children , cause they have all the right to stay here , is the state prepared to suppurt all this children , it is going to cost me, and you more , to raise this kids . you better be prepared to become Foster Homes . I know ,I know you are going to reply with an " I'm not watching anybodys kids if we deport the parents , they better take their kids with them " but remember they are American Citizens (the Childs ) so are we ready to support a couple of few thousand kids , untill they are 18 , ?
please reply with an honest answer not insults or racist comments or please skip thanks . good day.

Dont give dumb ideas to the INS...
The country will suffer economically in the next 24 hours (broke)...we will have to import slaves from africa for free labor again....and forcibly, mind you,.,,,,to have the same minority again------

Well deporting the parents and keeping the children without any evidence that the parents were committing neglect probably would lead to the United States breaking several international agreements we have signed.
Furthermore, I think the question of whether the children of immigrants, regardless of status, have rights to the same services as children of citizens by the Supreme Court in United States v. Wong Kim Ark and Plyler v. Doe.

santos, thats a difficult question, i mean the children are innocent and deserve the best! in any country, so maybe the USA and Mexico can find a real solution and that will take decades!the parents knew they came illegally and many had children just to stay here! so i say this educate the parents, charge them a yearly TAX while they study to become citizens, let them prove they want to live in the USA, if they decide not to then with regrets the family should move out of the country, goodluck and good question

No parent is going to leave their children behind regardless if they stay or go. The problem is that the law allows citizenship to anyone born in the USA, regardless if their parents are illegal or not. Many, many illegals are hard-working and good people. Generally speaking, illegal hard working people are better citizens than poor people who have been exploited by liberals to live off of society, instead of contributing.
The problem- what to do? I say, enforce the law. Why not deport illegals who have not given birth on US soil. You can't deport the parents and keep the kids, that's not a solution but whenever you can, enforce the law and deport as many as possible.

Yes. Here is my other thought: in my area, there are A LOT of Anglo (native born here) women that have children with undocumented gentlemen. These couples are barely making it, and, if the undocumented were to leave, these citizens would be claiming public assistance benefits. The issue is too big. They can't be deported. The children that are born here from 2 undocumenteds to foster homes, the ones that are with citizens adding to the roles of public assistance, plus the pure logistics of it... It is a conservative's fantasy, but, in a realistic world, it can't be more than that,.
I have to disagree on one thing, though. I think that there would be plenty of good, loving, heartbroken parents that WOULD leave their children here. If they came here for a better life for their kids, and, they know that they are going back to homelessness and crime, and, powerlessness and that their children have no future there except suffering, I think plenty would leave their children here to live the dream that they wanted for them....

I agreee a 100% with your tought, but you know for a fact that they won't be able to deport millions of millions,( counting me), and I lot of people really don't know that they are deporting a lot of people in the daily basis, and this children are been taking care in like a type of babysitting location, (ICE) had form, and they been treated as no human beings.

nicely, while you're doing a sort of internship at NYPD, why do no longer you ask somebody there? yet fairly you individually can not deport somebody. you are able to checklist him to ICE, yet that likely won't make something ensue speedy. you're able to be able to desire to speak on your mom and make it sparkling that she is putting you in an unacceptable situation and that she the two has to break up for good with that guy or which you will call police or social centers on him. in case you are able to checklist quite a few the abuse (would not anybody now have a videocamera on their cellular telephone) and bypass with info to the police to checklist kinfolk violence. Your mom in basic terms isn't satisfied first, yet finally she'll come to her senses. this is no longer uncommon that battered females refuse to show of their abuser, yet then it is your interest to achieve this. in basic terms attempt to get some info, on your mom is probable unlikely to back you up. yet even in the previous you achieve this, ask whoever seems once you adult males on the police for suggestion. i'm confident they have heard and seen all of it and could have some journey or get you a minimum of in touch with somebody who has journey with such circumstances.

we already feed, house and school their children. Parents would be gone, is all that would be different
Then again if a parent didn't take their children when deported they wouldn't deserve to be a parent just like a legal citizen who moved to another city and left their children
WE in the USA could deal just fine with whatever probs arose from deporting all the Illegal Aliens
and be better off for deporting them.

Also how would we look to the rest of the world! How do we view countries that export people by the millions to other countries. This is a simple solution, crack down on the people who hire illegal immigrants and they will leave, with there children. They come here to work.

right on...and this happened to my cuban grandmother in the fifties... who had a kid by her sisters american husband/ after she was used in servitude in the family home and helped support the family... then when she was old and alone with the kid she couldn't even choose to go back freely because the kid--- my mother at 10 refused and preffered to stay with the nuns.
