Just bought office 2007 home & student and no CD?

I just bought the retail version of office 2007 home & student but there was no cd inside, just the papers and the key code! can i still download the software and use the key code that way? because if i try to bring it back and say the cd was mising YEAH im sure they will believe that!

acttualy down load it and use the key after u down load it

You have been dupped.
Try and take it back and explain the situation to the vendor where you bought it. A keycode does you no good without the CD to Install the Software.
