fish, blueberries, broccoli,spinach, green tea, quinoa (yeah I know...what the hell right?). Don't overcook your vegetables by the way because it takes away from a lot of their nutritive properties
If you don't want to eat fish, you can take omega 3 capsules to supplement your diet. Make sure you stick with omega 3 and not omega 6. The former has anti-inflammatory properties while the latter promotes inflammatory processes in the body.

I like pomegranates, acai berries, and dark chocolate (with a high percentage of cacao).
These are all great sources of antioxidants.

there are alot of healthy foods...egg whites, veggies, fruits, lean meats.....it also depends how you cook your food..grill the meats and steam or stir fry your veggies rather than eating it with butter

it depend.... meat..fish and dairy fruits and veg...take you're pick...fresh veg instead of can veg....baked foods instead of fried....its all depend on what you're looking for.
