put your alarm clock to the other end of your room and set it so it goes off really loudly.
Once you're out of bed to turn it off, don't allow yourself to go back to bed.
Also, go to bed earlier. What always helped me was to shower at night, and before getting out of the shower, turn the water to cold so your blood circulates. That always got me really sleepy and assured a good-nights rest.

Keep the alarm clock far away from the bed so u have to get up every time it goes off, and dont go back to bed. Also nothing wakes u up faster than a good morning quickie.

Get out of bed right away, eat a healthy breakfast, shower, and then go find something to keep you busy. A walk out in the fresh air would do wonders also along with deep breathing.
