This one again; it has been done to death. Firstly, humanity didn't evolve from monkeys, but from a primate ancestor of which another descendant species is the chimpanzee. Secondly, the evolutionary creation of a new species does not necessarily make the old species obsolete and extinct, although in the case of h. sapiens and chimpanzees, it did indeed go extinct. Evolution is now a proven fact. For more on human evolution, see:

We didn't come from monkeys, Evolutionists say that monkeys and us came from a common ancestor because there is DNA and other similarities between us and Apes.
However, that could equally be compelling evidence that rather than having a common ancestor, the reason is we had the same designer and creator so naturally there are similarities in design and function.

we did not actually come form monkeys ........
monkeys and humans have the same ancestors , micro organisms that evolved in many different ways as humans are still evolving , we live longer ( for different reasons ) were taller , fatter , then a few hundred years ago . we reproduce with other nationality's which gives us a different look , features , and structure , all of this is a form of evolution .......
think about it , what will human kind look like 1000 years from now , what did we look like a million years ago ........

Trolling isn't cool. If you went to junior high school, you know that monkeys and humans had a common ancestor and that humans didn't come from monkeys. Its called 'science class'.
Grow up.

YOu come from your parents, and they're still here (probably anyway).
Your question is childish. Evolution does not say we come from monkeys. We are cousins of monkeys, not descendants. In the past, we had common ancestors.

I don't think monkeys appreciate humans thinking they came from monkeys. Smile... I'm sure monkeys don't claim us. Monkeys are much smarter and they respect each other. They don't call each other racist names and they don't hate.

We didn't come from monkeys.
We came from an ancestor that had ape-like features.
Why wouldn't monkeys still exist????

lol I was wondering the same thing. Maybe some monkeys were worthy enough to evolve and the rest are doomed to pick lice for all eternity.

All mammals came from a common ancestor. Apes just happen to be man's closest relative....
