so i've been on a very healthy diet for the past month and a half and have lost 10 lbs. I am just 10 lbs away from my goal weight, but today I went a little overboard. For the past 1.5 months, I've been eating 3 balanced meals a day, lots of veggies and fruits, and occasional exercise. Unfortunately, my dad happened to bring home those 16" combo pizzas from Sam's Club and I ended up eating 3 big slices today!!!. I exercised for an hour after lunch because of the guilt (although exercise shouldn't be used as a form of guilt reliever), and I seriously wanted to skip dinner to kind of even out the day, but i ended up eating dinner (brown rice + veggies). Here is what my day consisted of:
Breakfast: 2 slices of 100% whole grain bread (brownberry brand), small cup of skim milk, 1 medium-size banana, then 1.5 slices of pizza (I was soooo starving this morning)
Lunch: 1.5 slices of pizza, then another banana
Dinner: tiny bowl of brown rice+veggies, then another banana
=(

This is NOT a binge. Your diet looks okay, but you're eating too many bananas. You're going to overload on potassium. One banana a day, some other kind of fruit for the rest of the day. Blueberries are out right now. Try them with some vanilla yogurt. Really good for you and yummy.
You've been so good for so long, pizza is not a big deal if it's not made into a habit. Say, okay I fell off my horse, but I'm getting back on right now, and the effects of the pizza go down the tube. Now if you decide to splurge on pizza every day...
If you're starving, your body is telling you it needs extra energy. You needed to expand your breakfast menu this morning in some manner, anyway.
You know how to cut pizza calories almost in 1/2? Blot the top with a paper towel before you eat it. That takes lots of fat calories out.
I congratulate you on being 10 lbs. away from your target weight. You've worked hard and eaten healthy and you deserve to win!

I have a friend who is a binge drinker and one drink does not constitute binge drinking at all. A binge drinker is someone who will drink alcohol for sometimes days or weeks straight without eating food most of the time. After the binge is over they are usually really sick and they sleep it off for a while, go about their normal routine. Then on a whim they start the process again. Sometimes you wont hear from binge drinkers for weeks or months at a time because of this problem.

Oh you're perfectly fine, I promise!! It's ok to overeat or eat something a little unhealthy once and a while. It won't ruin all the work you've done, you're not going to gain a zillion pounds. Just go back to how you've been eating tomorrow. Nothing to worry about.
(Though, minus the pizza you ate today, it sounds like you're under eating a bit. Try not to go under 1200 calories)

one day's slip shouldnt set you back too far. take this as a lesson to self control. 3 slices? were you THAT hungry? If you feel hungry youre not dieting correctly. Try finding healthy snacks to keep your metabolism going- celery, carrots, apples, etc to much on between meals. and drink tons of water!
dont beat yourself up over this one slip up, it was one day- and i dont believe in denying yourself anything. if you want pizza have some.. but next time, just a little bit. ;)

You're good.
I ate a whole ice cream cake and I didn't gain anything. Yeah I was bad, but damn it was good. Don't sweat it.
You're allowed to cheat occasionally, once a week is fine. Indulge on those cravings once in awhile.. just don't over indulge.
