Turning your days and nights upside down,
not eating at the same times,
changing your sleep patterns.....
can really mess with your "body clock" and your mind and emotions.

Give yourself a week, and try to move back to a 10pm bedtime, getting up, like 7am. Get yourself outside in the fresh air and sunshine. Be sure you eat at mealtimes.

I think you'll find your mood moves to be more even too.

There could be several reasons for your depression so try to figure why and what's going on first. Do you need help from a doctor or can you handle it on your own. Maybe you are bored with not much to do. If that's the case find a hobby and get busy. See your friends a lot, if possible, talk to someone about your feelings. The more you keep busy the less time you will have to think. Go do some type of volunteer work or if your old enough try finding a summer job even if it's part time.
