It is not good for you! , I love meat but my body needs more that only meat nutrients!
so... a balanced diet is the way to go, respect the other people ideology and let them find their source of protein in any way they want!

I agree that an Adventist Book Center (shortened ususally to ABC Christian) will have the best slection of meat substitutes! If you don't know where one is and you may have to travel some distance to find one in your state, (we lived about 60 miles from one growing up). You can go to any Seventh Day Adventist church and ask anyone there if they know where an ABC store is because you want to buy vegetarian foods. Most people in that church will be able to tell you or should let you know where else to buy excellent vegetarian foods. My favorite brand name of vegetarian foods is Worginthon! LomaLinda is okay. My mom says that a brand name called Vivrant Life isn't very good at all. You would love a substuite for beef well Griller Original by Morning Star Farms comes screaming to my mind as tops for the choice of a "hambugar patty". For crumbled hambugar I think Griller crumbles also by Morning Star Farms, and VegiBugar by either LomaLinda or Woringthon (by Woringthon is better). Chicken is Fri Chick by Woringthon. Yes, just ask any one at an Adventist Church near you where the nearest store to find that food is. They will tell you!

Herbivore usually is used for animals that only eat plants and carnivore is usually used for animals that only eat flesh. Humans are not carnivores nor can they be healthy without grains and veggies.

Carnivore works for me. If someone eats veggies once in a while, I guess they would be omnivores.
If someone enjoys my cooking (I can't cook) then he or she could be called a Detritivore (by eating decaying matter that tastes like poo).
Getting back to your question, if someone is always eating really greasy meat - and nothing else - you could call them "dead man walking".
The word vegan was coined by UK Vegan Society in 1944*.
Maybe a group of meat eating citizens could coin a nicer phrase for their dietary preferences.

Strictly meat is called a carnivore, but people are usually omnivores and eat meat and plants.

Yes. If you're like 90% of the human race you'd be an omnivore - eating both meat and plant products.

I like Sarcophage or Sarcophagus.
Literally, it means one who swallows flesh.
The usual use of the term "sarcophagus" is to descibe the special coffin an Egyptian mummy is placed in.
Another term would be "constipated."
