I had surgery on the right front of my brain 5 years ago twice to clip an anurysm and 6 months ago I began having siezures every once in awhile.. We've chalked it up to tussive syncopy until now but the siezure yesterday was violent and lasted around 15 mins. with an hour or more amnesia. I'm going for an E.E.G. but I can't have an M.R.A. ever again because of the metal clips. So, could it be adhesions?

Possibly. When my grandmother was in her 30s she had a meningeal brain tumor removed. She had a few seizures thereafter from adhesions/scar tissue but was able to control them with medication. When she was in her 70s, the medication stopped working and she had more frequent seizures.
Best of luck to you.
