I had this when I was 24. They removed my cervix, and other than frequent check ups for several years, I am completely cured. I believe it is one of the easiest to cure....if caught early. Obviously, without a uterus and cervix, no more kids, but also, no more periods! Good good luck - it will be fine.

As long as the found it early and removed your cervix you have a very good chance of being just fine! I believe the mortality rate in America is 5 - 10% of cervical cancers, so it is usually only the really bad cases that have spread or are advanced! I think you'll be fine I've seen many cases where people have come through.
The most deadly is when it spreads to your pelvic lymph nodes, that would increase your mortality rate drastically!

It all depends on whether you manage to get yourself treated early enough. With early treatment, you arrests the growth of cancer cells and prevent them also from spreading to other parts of your body. It is possible to be successfully treated from cervical cancer.
