I don't worry about it because it ain't gonna happen, at least not if a person take the views of people like Augustine of Hippo seriously. Augustine's view was that godhead and the heaven associated with it are entirely spiritual things, so the idea that folks are going to be bodily raised up into the sky and into heaven is misguided thinking.
It's likely you're actually looking for the funniest/most entertaining answer. I don't know if i can come up with anything better than velcro socks. How about this: if i feel myself being inexplicably raised into the sky, i'll blaspheme.

Sorry, sweetie, gonna disagree with you here...
After looking at the scriptures more closely, I think a lot of Christians are betting on being able to get away before the bad time come. But looking at these scriptures, I think that is only one possible interpretation (that the Christians will be taken away in the twinkling of an eye) because we're supposed to escape the wrath that is to come. So they interpret it to mean we escape the entire tribulation.
Well, I sure am not going to bank on that thought.
I think I'd rather be prepared to go through that time period and be pleasantly surprised to be "taken away" than to be left behind and unprepared.
Just look at the Parable of the "10 Virgins" in the New Testament.
By the way, if the world ends up with a supreme ruler who gets murdered and rises from the dead and tells you that you have to take a mark in order to purchase things, or be executed. Trust me on this one...skip the mark.

I plan on avoiding the rapture by keeping rocket boosters with me and sling shotting around the gravitational pull of Jupiter to set course for Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock.

"The Rapture" is a JW concept that is not part of the teachings of the church. It is called the Chastisement in my religion. There is no such word in "the Bible" as the "Rapture". (as one JW who annoyingly emails me keeps insisting that there is no such word as "Trinity" in the Bible.)
"Christians" drive me nuts. I think they're all possessed by Satan. Honestly.

Satan is the "Adversary". He has always been part of the plan.
The creator/universe is neutral.
A benevolent god cannot be omnipotent and omniscient. Its followers may claim that it is; it might claim to be. It might even believe that it is. It cannot.
