Im living in California in the U.S and I want to order some the Australian version of some books because not all of them are availible in the US yet (Ranger's Apprentice by John Flanagan)
I know that the amount on the website is in Australian dollars and the website doesn't say if the amount on my check should be in Australian dollars or US dollars.

Do they accept cheques? I would have thought that they would expect you to use a credit card. If you use a card, the conversion is done for you by the card company. If they accept cheques, write the cheque in Australian dollars and hope that your bank understands it. Check with your bank beore you send the cheque. An international cheque is going to take a lot longer than normal to clear.

i am sure they wouldnt mind if you paid in US dollars. after all, it would mean you would be paying them more. the easiest and best way would be to use credit card - that way the conversion is done for you and only the correct aud is taken out. otherwise, the cheque would need to be in australian dollars

They would only accept AUD, you can get a currency converter online, just do a google. I am sure that whatever company you deal with would accept Visa or maybe even PayPal.
